The electronic wrapping system works by automatically stopping the filling to a preset value (stored by the digital weight indicator), which is entered by programming directly from the indicator keyboard. This value remains in the indicator memory until another default fill value is entered.

When the stored value is reached, the corresponding relay interface controls the filling of the bag in the two flow regimes (coarse and fine). Various features of the enclosure can be programmed, for example:

The electronic system controls the entire packing process, monitoring the condition of the various components and reporting any errors that may occur during this process.

The internal program allows the storage of all management data. It also has 2 RS232 / RS485 serial communication ports for additional connection to the printer, PC station, secondary display. Management data can be programmed to be included in the weighing dialog:

total real weighing
indicating the number of bags

Definition of gravimetric dispenser with automatic operation: an automatic weighing machine that fills containers with a predetermined and practically constant mass, called a dose, from a bulk product.

The system consists of a metal support structure for the scale and the scale itself. The metal support structure is connected to the material hopper. It is a robust structure that can take the weight of a hopper up to 1000kg in the standard configuration. On request, this metal structure can be sized for any weight of the feed hopper. The assembly is equipped with two operator platforms. The scale is equipped with four FLINTEC Germany SB14-2.5klb-BHC3 stainless steel weighing cells mounted on top of the metal support structure of the scale. In this way, access to the cells is easy and mechanical protection is provided.

The set of pneumatic control equipment FESTO Germany consists of: pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, lubricating filter, pneumatic fittings. Proximity sensors for interlocks. The automation panel includes the BX3 digital weighing indicator with multiple functions for control complete process and related connectivity.

At start-up, the indicator is in the READY position and is waiting for the bag to catch. The operator brings the bag close to the loading mouth and, by operating the two side sensor flaps, controls its attachment. Charging starts if the signal received in response from the "Close Arms" sensor becomes active. Once the bag is caught, the indicator starts dosing in two steps, coarse and fine. At the end of dosing, the BX3 waits for a user-defined time for the stability of the indication, reads the weight, and then releases the bag. The operator removes the bag and starts a new loading cycle.

Filling can be done RAW or NET. In cases where the mass value is outside the accepted tolerance, the TARIFF range is not between the minimum TAR and TAR maximum values (values entered in the process parameters), the mass value is negative, the platform is unstable or the filling period is exceeded. error; the error is canceled when the RESET input is activated.

BIG KANGUR is designed and approved for the best grade: 0.2. The error compared to the default value (adjustment error) is ± 0.25%.
