FLINTAB SRL, owner of the project “Construction of industrial scales production hall (CAEN 2829 - Manufacture of other general purpose machinery and equipment nec, required for: ROP 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2, Investment priority 2.2, Call for projects ROP / 780/2 / 2 PI 2.2 - SME - Relaunch) ”announces the interested public on the decision of the classification stage without the environmental impact assessment within the environmental impact assessment procedure for the project“ Construction of industrial scales production hall (CAEN 2829 - Manufacture of other machinery nca, necessary for: ROP 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2, Investment Priority 2.2, Call for projects ROP / 780/2/2 PI2.2 - SME - Relaunch) ”, proposed to be located in GalaTi County, Tecuci Municipality, postal code 805300, Prundului street no. 11.

The draft classification decision and the reasons for it can be consulted at the following internet address http://apmgl.anpm.ro in the section: Regulations → Environmental agreement → Draft classification stage decision.

The public concerned may submit comments / comments on the draft classification decision within 10 days of the date of publication of the notice on the website of the competent authority for environmental protection.
