Modernization of railway overturning bridges

The system is designed for the modernization of Balance Sibiu semi-automatic weighbridge bridges, type 10 + 7m. It is understood that any manufacturer of weighing systems can approach such works, ie there is no exclusive license for the modernization of old mechanical bridges, manufactured at that time by a single manufacturer. This is perfectly logical, considering that only the tank, the beams and possibly the concrete slabs are reused from the old scale, if they are in a condition suitable for rail traffic. All old measuring elements (levers, knives, cushions, etc.) are dismantled and dismantled.

The works are carried out in the following order:
  • the tank is completely released by removing the metal construction of the rocker bridge
  • The support foundations of the old mechanical weighing mechanism remain in the tub
  • as the support points of the new electronic bridge differ from the mechanical one (especially the elevation of the new support points being about 280mm below the beam “I” of the metal construction of the bridge), it is necessary to pour in each corner a weakly reinforced concrete block that will include the existing foundation. In the middle of the tank, a weakly reinforced concrete block will be poured on either side between the 2 existing foundations.
  • FLINTAB delivers weighing cell assembly kits that are welded directly to the rocker bridge's "I" resistance beams
  • all the mechanisms of the old bridge are no longer used (levers, moving arms, knives, indicator head)
  • All welding and assembly operations of weighing cell assembly kits, including reinstallation of the entire construction in the tank, are performed only under technical assistance of the supplier.

SYSTEM CONFIGURATION

The purpose of the product is to determine the mass in commercial transactions and is covered by Directive 2009/23 / EC. (repealing Directive 90/384 / EEC), transposed by H.G. 617/2003 for establishing the introduction conditions on the market and commissioning of weighing machines with non-automatic operation, republished, modified by H.G. 1302/2009. The only relevant way to use a road scale is to manage it easily and effectively weigh the data and allow it to be transferred to various other networked software applications.
